This morning I has been mostly trying to upload stuff to the website and failing miserably because the FTP client insists that authentication has failed, despite the fact that I haven't changed anything at this end.
All credit to A Small Orange who do our web hosting, I've had three emails from them already this morning trying to sort it out for me.
I'm a bit puzzled though, as to why they're now passing the problem on to the Billing Department - one of the first things I did when the upload didn't work was to check that they'd received our latest payment, and their website showed that they had. This being the case, I don't know what the billing people can do that the techie people can't. I suppose someone might have pushed the wrong button somewhere and marked us as Evil Non-Paying Swine by mistake.
Hopefully they'll get it sorted out soon as I need to take a particular model of tyre off the website - we've sold out and won't be getting any more of them and I hate having to tell people that after they've already placed an order, it's embarrassing and unprofessional.
