Flying things
It has come to my attention that I haven't inflicted any pictures on you for a bit, so here are some shots from the allotment this morning.
The leek flowers are proving exceedingly popular with bumble bees and, oddly with wasps :-

Dew on the broccoli leaves :-

This morning there was a flypast from the new Dreamliner passenger plane, escorted by a Spitfire (the one with the propellor :)) and what Rob tells me is a Jet Provost :-


Back down to earth and I was pleased to see this splendid stripy Cinnabar Moth caterpillar noshing away at the weeds :-
