Today seems to have been mostly about food...

Shopping this morning, after swimming, which included one of the few things better than cake - free cake!   I had saved tokens from Yorkshire Tea to get a voucher for a free Tea Loaf, and jolly nice it is too - a bit like Bara Brith, but a touch lighter.

Most of the rest of the day was spent chopping blanching and freezing stuff from yesterday's organic veg box - carrots, leeks and swede are now in the freezer and beetroot is pickling in a big jar (which I still need to label),

I also made creme caramel for tonight's pudding, as it's one of Rob's favourites.

Tomorrow I hope to do the occasional non-food related thing....
