If it's one of those things that are basically a set of shelves with a poly cover it should be possible to attach some adjustable guy-lines and tighten them when Weather threatens. Run a line from each of the top corners, and maybe an additional one from halfway down for Real Weather. It might look a little eccentric to other people, but you'll be the one smiling when you eat your own produce.
