(no subject)

Is it not going to bother getting light today or what?

I mean, if I can get up at quarter to bleedin' seven, you'd think the sun could drag itself out of its pit on time. It's not as if the wretched thing is on flippin' overtime at this time of year as it is. Lazy git.

Sun? I think it's gone on its holidays!

I fear you may be right.

In theory, the nights started drawing out yesterday, although sunrise is still getting later. Not long now until the shortest day though.

I can't really speak (no, I can't really speak!), as I'm still in bed. But I has an excuse.

You does indeed :-(

The sun seems to have got up now , inna "do-i-really-have-to?" stylee, but I get the feeling that its heart isn't really in it.

Not nice, is it. I'm pulling the curtains at half past three these days; it helps keep the cold out, and a cold, damp, misty or foggy outdoors is very depressing. I'm a spring and summer person; I love to see the evenings get lighter and the earth warm up again.

Yes - I like spring best, when things are just waking up and you can see the plants and hedges changing day by day. Summer gets a bit hot for me, though it has its good points too.

its still all kinda grey here too if that helps. Lots of low cloud and mist.

Jolly jolly fun fun! :-)

It's about as daytime as itcan be bothered to be now. I think ...

The weather is crisp and clear here, with just some clouds occasionally. We had the first snow yesterday :-)

We had the first snow yesterday :-)

And you're quite welcome to it :-)

I have to drive down to Somerset on Friday, so no snow here please! :-)

Hee, it didn't stay. I can do all winter without snow, if you ask me. Without cold to be precise :-)
